Air conditioner must be switched off when leaving the property,
Lights must be switched off when leaving the property,
For safety, ensure the property, security access doors & gates are locked when leaving the property,
Alarm must be switched ON at all times when leaving the property,
Save Water where possible,
Minimum age for booking is 27.,
Persons under the age of 27 must be accompanied by an adult over the age of 30,
Check In 14h00 (early & late check in by arrangement & subject to availability),
Check Out 10h00 (early & late check out by arrangement & subject to availability),
No Unauthorised persons - other than official guests checked in - are allowed on the property including | visitors | chefs | nannies | domestic workers,
No Smoking allowed inside the property, only outside,
No 3rd party bookings will be accepted, unless declared upfront,
Furniture not to be rearranged,
No Parties | No Functions | No Celebrations | No Events allowed,
No Noise - Silent Hours from 22h00 - 08h00,
Lost Keys | Garage Controls surcharge will be applied,
Faulty TVs & electrical appliances will be repaired as soon as possible between Mon - Fri, 08h00 - 16h00 (excluding public holidays),
No reductions or refunds will be made as a result of such faults or any other problems that may arise.

Payment Terms

Full payment - if check in is less than 14 days.
50% deposit - if check in is more than 14 days.
Balance payment - due no less than 14 days prior to check in.
Breakage deposit (equal to 1 night’s stay) - due with balance payment.
Subject to no breakage and banking details provided by guest - a full refund will be processed 5 working days after check out.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations : "bank your stay" for suited future dates within a 2 year period and subject to availability - seasonal rates will apply.
No refund.
